Short Cycle Press Lines

short cycle2Wemhöner short-cycle presses are first designed and fully assembled in advance, be it at the Herford factory or Changzhou (China) factory to test production functions before being assembled and set up at the customer’s location.

In general, the components of the overall plant are composed and combined according to specific customer and product requirements and subsequent conditions on site. Wemhöner covers the full capability profile of the melamine short cycle lamination – from flexible lines for smallest lot sizes to high-performance lamination lines with 250 cycles/hour.

A double sided raw board feeder for thin boards, a continuous paper pallet change without dead time, film laying stations with single sheet alignment, stacking installations with protection board handling without dead time are just some of the examples of components you can use to maximum flexibility and ensure smooth operation before and after the actual pressing procedure.

Of course, Wemhöner short-cycle presses can be designed and supplied as individual installations for integration into other plants.
