3D VARIOPRESS Lines
In this press mainly wood-based panels are used as base material. These line are outstanding for their long service life as well as the high quality of the final products.Depending on its design the press is able to manufacture either on commission or in small and even large series economically. VARIOPIN®, the patented base system featuring maximum flexibility, is one special example of sophisticated Wemhöner technology in the field of 3D presses. A tray equipped with this system detects the shape and size of the workpiece and automatically lifts it up, cutting out the need to have manually handled jig/riser board. The 3D Eagle The Wemhöner 3D Eagle is extremely versatile. The basic version has a chamber pressure of 4 bar only for membrane-less operation. For other applications it can be upgraded with a membrane and other proven features. The Wemhöner 3D Eagle is outstanding for its ultimate combination of flexibility and productivity and ensures a planning reliability for the user. The compact line comes custom-made from one- to two table design. |
